Bluefin Poké began in Spanish Fort, AL in the midst of the global pandemic but that didn't slow us down! We are proud to be expanding our brand into the downtown Pensacola area where we have already met so many incredible people. We would love to have you stop by The Garden at Palafox + Main for a bite to eat, or even just to say hello. We aim to bring the freshest possible experience to each bowl we craft. Every order is made to order using our ingredients that are hand selected and prepared daily. Our fish are prepared in small batches in order to ensure you are receiving the best possible experience and many of our sauces are uniquely designed using our special recipes. Hands down the best food we had during our vacation in pensacola. MUST TRY!!! The Aloha Poke bowl was perfection. Staff was very helpful and kind!!

The lovely young lady who took our order and prepared our food did a marvelous job! Very fast service and kind attitude. Her booth was also very organized and clean. We will certainly be making this a regular spot from now on!

We are a family of big ramen fans, and we have to say this ramen is better than many restaurant versions, even the very expensive ones. Poke is also very good!!! Price is unbeatable!

Incredibly fresh poke! I built my own bowl with salmon and shrimp (along with fabulous mixings; the list is extensive) and you can tell that all of the ingredients are very fresh. It was a quick ordering process and we didn't wait very long for it be ready. You can tell they keep everything clean and the service was fantastic as well. I'll definitely be back!

Stopped by for a poke bowl and was lucky enough to get some of their ramen before it went off the menu. The wife and I shared the aloha bowl, fish was very fresh and well seasoned, a little pineapple thrown in. Nice bowl, maybe a little heavy on the fried garlic. We also got the spicy ramen bowl, soft boiled egg was perfect, couple good size slices of pork, plenty of noodles. Broth wasn’t very spicy but had really good texture and tasted great. I will definitely go back when they put it back the menu.
